Webiperf is a tool for network performance measurement, measuring maximum TCP and UDP bandwidth performance. This is the first release of iperf for Cygwin to provide a 64-bit version. Note that a currently known limitation of the Cygwin version is that running as a daemon (with the -D option) is not currently functional.
