WebI have tried Windows+Ctrl+Shift+B that is recommended on the Microsoft website. Neither of these do anything. When I hold down the power button + the volume up button, after 15 seconds or so the light on the charger turns off, and then turns back on after about 3 seconds, but the laptop doesn't power up.
